Content Management Operations Intern

The individual in this position will assist the Operations team on active projects, documentation workflows, and internal department initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing key Operation functions and assessing the need for documentation updating or creation.
  • Act as research liaison to identify root cause for common customer questions relating to Service Issues and Content Reporting.
  • Foster and support collaborative working relationships between Operations and existing customers through concise and prompt communication.

Skills

Requirements:
  • Bachelors *candidate*
  • 1-2 years’ experience with computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated employee with ability to manage workload
