Human Resource Administrator – Part Time Position

We are seeking a HR Administrator who is interested in exploring a career in Human Resources. As a small boutique search firm, we are looking for a Part Time Administrator who will learn and perform a variety of HR-related administrative tasks to support our office activities, as well as provide research tasks to support the recruiting staff on their assigned search projects. We are located in downtown North Attleborough, MA, close to Rtes 95/1/295/495.

This is an exceptional opportunity to learn the essential building blocks of recruiting, candidate selection and qualification, development, internet research and business development in a highly professional work environment.

Required Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of comfort on the phone.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your work day independently are crucial. You must have a sense of urgency and be able to work on multiple projects at one time with minimal supervision.

  • Must be computer literate with experience using full MS Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Extensive experience and creativity navigating the Internet is essential for conducting the research necessary to support our search project. Familiarity with Google, Linked In or similar sites is highly desirable.

  • Experience using a contact management database such as ACT or Access would be extremely useful.

Work hours: 1PM – 4PM (flexible); 3-5 days/week; Dress: Business casual
